Homemade Bread my way of preparing

- When the dough has reason form loafs of 400 to 500 g(before they rest beat them havely by hand).
- Now form them into round or long size.and let it raise for at least one hour covered with a towel.
- After one hour take the loafs and make them flatt see pic.and fold from both sides to the middle.
- There are two ways of placing the pecan nut, either you mixed from the beginning or like you see on the pic.
From the same dough, prepare also bread rolls and let them for about 40 - 50 minutes raising on a warm place. Rolls must be baked @ 190 degr. for maximum of 30 minutes, The bread 45 - 50 minutes place a dish with water into the oven to give some moist.When rolls or bread are ready baked brush with cold water over to keeped crispy. Tip: Oven must be pre-heated by 200 degr.
